I respect your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.
Information you give me
Contact form: your name, email address, and message — used only to reply to you.
Email list: if you sign up (through the pop-up, a product page, or the checkbox on the contact form), I collect your email address to send news about new paintings, upcoming shows, and studio updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time.
Purchases: when you buy a painting, checkout collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Your payment is processed securely by my payment provider — I never see or store your card number.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Squarespace Analytics, which uses cookies to show me which pages visitors look at and how they found the site. This is aggregate information used only to improve the site; I don't use it to identify individual visitors.
Separately, Google Search Console shows me which Google searches bring people to the site. It doesn't track you or place cookies on this site — it's aggregate search data from Google.
How your information is used
- To respond to your messages.
- To send email updates you signed up for.
- To process and ship your order.
I don't sell or rent your personal information. It's shared only with the service providers I need to run the site and get your painting to you — Squarespace (website hosting), my payment provider (secure checkout), my email provider (newsletters), and the shipping carrier (delivery) — and each of them only receives what's necessary.
Data security
Your information is stored securely through Squarespace and my email provider. No method of internet transmission is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Your rights
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just reach out through the contact page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
