My name is Steve and I am a self taught oil painting artist. Art has been part of my life since I was a child. Watching my mother paint inspired me at an early age. She became my mentor and started me off with graphite and colored pencils. I couldn't wait to pick up my first set of oil painting brushes. I was13 when I started my first painting and have enjoyed painting ever since.

 

For the last 11 years I have been painting almost every day out of Mississauga, Ontario. Fine tuning my craft and implementing fresh ways to create have been my focus. My painting process provides me with an opportunity to use the same steps to create wildlife, seascape and landscape paintings.
