Shipping & Returns

Shipping

- Shipping is free within Canada and the United States — no surprises at checkout.

- Each original is carefully packed for safe travel: protective wrapping, rigid support, and a sturdy double-walled box. Every shipment is insured for the full value of the artwork, and a signature is required on delivery.

- Paintings typically ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your piece is in transit.

- Collectors outside Canada and the US: please contact me before ordering, and I'll arrange a shipping quote for you.

Returns

- If the painting isn't right for your space, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund.

- Please keep the original packaging until those 14 days have passed — the painting must come back in its original condition and packaging so it travels safely.

- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the piece arrived damaged or wasn't as described. If that happens, contact me right away: you'll get a full refund, and I'll cover the return shipping.

- Refunds go back to your original payment method once the painting is received and inspected.

Commissions

- Commissioned paintings require a 50% deposit before work begins. Because each commission is created specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due when the painting is complete, before shipping.

A note on colour

- Every screen shows colour a little differently. I photograph each painting in natural light to represent it as accurately as possible, but slight variation between your screen and the canvas is normal.
